LANDROVERS
We seem to have aquired three Landrovers now. An 86" series one landrover SWB
( short wheel base , ie 86inches between axles.) built in 1955, and fitted with a capstan winch at the front.
A 1959 Series 2
And a 1969 Series 2a
What can I say about Landrovers that hasn't been said by other people much more knowlegable about Landys than I am. Well one thing I can say is how useful a Landrover front bumper is. You can not only push things and pull things with it, and it makes a good seat to sit on when you're camping. But combined with a hydraulic jack, it makes a superb press.
